Terms of Service
Last updated 2 September 2026
Snagsis is a construction snagging app published by 1One Collective, Pune, India. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using it. They are written to be read once and understood, and to describe the app as it actually behaves — if a sentence here does not match what the app does, the sentence is wrong and we want to know.
By creating an account or using Snagsis, you accept these terms. If you are using Snagsis for a company or a practice, you confirm you are allowed to accept them on its behalf.
1.Your account
You sign in with your phone number, and a one-time passcode is sent to it. Give us accurate details and keep them current — a wrong number means you cannot get back in.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite into your workspace. If you think someone else has access to it, tell us at hello@snagsis.com.
We may restrict an account we reasonably suspect of abuse — of the service, of the AI, or of other people using it. Where it is practical to tell you first, we will.
You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
2.Plans, trials and payment
Snagsis has a free plan and paid plans. The free plan (Scout) covers one project with four rooms, thirty AI detections, unlimited manual snags, one vendor and a watermarked PDF report. The paid plans raise those limits; what each one includes is shown on the pricing page and in the app before you subscribe.
When paid subscriptions become available, they will work like this. Every paid plan starts with a seven-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription and you are charged for the first period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Paid plans are billed through the app store you installed from, and that store’s own payment, renewal, refund and cancellation rules apply — including how you cancel. We do not process your card, and we cannot cancel or refund a store subscription on your behalf.
Cancelling ends the subscription; it does not delete your data. What happens to your records afterwards is described in section 6.
Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. We may change prices, and we will say so before a change affects you.
3.Founding pricing
Founding pricing has not opened yet. When it does, it will be offered to the first 500 eligible workspaces to subscribe — the workspace is the unit, not the person, so one person with two workspaces does not take two places.
A workspace that takes founding pricing keeps that price for as long as its subscription stays active. If the subscription lapses, the founding price can be restored by resubscribing within sixty days. After that, the workspace moves to whatever pricing is current at the time.
Once 500 workspaces have taken it, founding pricing closes and new subscriptions are at then-current prices.
4.Fair use of unlimited features
Some plans describe features as unlimited — snags, rooms, vendors, floor plans, AI detections. Unlimited means we have not set a number, and it is meant for one practice working normally. It does not cover automated or scripted use, resale of access, or volume that is plainly outside how a studio uses a snagging app.
If usage on an account reaches that point, we may slow it down or ask you to move to a plan that fits. We will contact you before doing anything that interrupts your work, unless the usage is causing an immediate problem for other people.
5.Acceptable use
Do not use Snagsis to:
- break the law, or record or share material that is unlawful;
- impersonate someone else, or claim a snag, approval or report came from a person who did not make it;
- get around plan limits, billing, or any technical restriction — including by making extra accounts or workspaces to do it;
- upload malware, or anything intended to damage a device or our systems;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from the service;
- resell, sublicense or rent access to anyone else;
- interfere with the service, or with other people’s use of it.
6.Your data, and what happens to it
Deleted projects, rooms and snags go to Recently Deleted and can be restored for seven days. After seven days they are removed permanently.
You can delete your account yourself, from your profile in the app. You will be offered a copy of your data first and asked to confirm. Deleting removes your account, the workspaces you own and everything in them, and your name from records kept in other people’s workspaces. It cannot be undone. You can also write to hello@snagsis.com and we will do it for you.
The copy offered before deletion is a text file of your own projects, rooms and snags. It does not include photos, videos or voice notes, and it does not include projects in a workspace someone else owns.
If you cancel a paid plan or move to a smaller one, your records are not deleted for that reason. But data above your new plan’s limits may become archived or read-only rather than staying fully accessible and editable, until the subscription is restored or the data is brought back within limits. Your account remains yours either way.
What we collect, where it goes, and who processes it is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7.Your content
Your photos, notes, voice recordings, reports and records are yours. Using Snagsis does not change who owns them.
To run the service, you give us a limited licence to host, store, process and transmit that content — solely to provide and maintain Snagsis for you and the people you share a workspace with. That is the whole scope of it. We do not use your content to train AI models, and the licence ends when the content is deleted.
You are responsible for having the right to capture and upload what you upload — including permission to photograph a site you are working on.
8.What belongs to Snagsis
The app, its design, its name and mark, and everything we have built to make it work stay ours. These terms let you use Snagsis; they do not transfer any of it to you. You may not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the app except where the law says you may.
If you tell us something we should change, we may act on it without owing you anything for it — and we will usually say thank you.
9.What the AI does
Snagsis uses AI to read photographs and produce detections, classifications, suggestions and summaries — naming a defect, proposing a trade, drafting a register entry. Every one of those is a suggestion for you to accept, edit or discard. The AI assists the professional; it does not replace their judgement.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. The app shows a confidence score with a detection and tells you to check it below a threshold, but that is a prompt, not a guarantee. Nothing the AI produces is a survey, an inspection certificate, a structural assessment, a valuation, or professional advice of any kind, and it is not a substitute for a qualified person looking at the building.
Snagsis helps you see, track and close issues. You remain in control of the decision.
10.Availability and changes
We will try to keep Snagsis running and working, but we cannot promise it is never unavailable. Planned maintenance, updates, and problems at the services we depend on can all interrupt it.
Snagsis changes. We add features, and occasionally remove or replace them. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan gives you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
These terms can change too. The date at the top changes with them, and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Earlier versions of this page are kept in the repository it is published from.
11.Ending the agreement
You can leave at any time — cancel through your app store, and ask us to delete your account if you want the data gone.
We may suspend an account while we look into suspected abuse, a security problem, or non-payment. Suspension is temporary, and we will tell you why where it is practical to do so.
We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if we stop offering the service. Where we are shutting the service down, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your reports first.
Sections 6, 7, 8, 12 and 13 survive the end of the agreement.
12.Liability
Snagsis is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost contracts, delay to a project, or the cost of rework — arising from your use of the app or from anything the AI produced.
Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us for Snagsis in that period.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in this section.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
14.General
- If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Snagsis.
- If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if the business moves, and your rights go with it.
- Neither side is responsible for failures caused by events genuinely outside its control.
- Formal notices go to sayhi@1one.co.in. For anything else, hello@snagsis.com reaches us faster.
