Snagsis is a snagging and defect-management app for interior and construction projects, provided by 1One Collective, India. This policy covers the Snagsis app and snagsis.com, and explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name and the phone number or email address you sign in with.
- Project content: projects, rooms, snags, notes, photos, floor plans, voice notes, videos, and comments you or your team create.
- Location: if you allow it, the app records where a photo was taken and attaches the approximate address to the snag. Photos you attach from your library may already carry location data, which the app reads in the same way. You can turn off location tagging for new photos at any time in the app or in your device settings.
- Contacts: if you choose a contact from your phone, only the name and number you pick are saved, to add a client to a project or to invite a team member or vendor; we do not upload your address book.
- Subscription information: your plan and purchase status.
- Website enquiries: the name, email address and message you send through our support form, plus limited technical information such as browser type, used to prevent abuse.
How we use information
To provide and operate Snagsis; to sync your projects across your devices and with the team members and vendors you invite; to generate reports you request; to manage your subscription; to respond to support requests; to keep the service secure; and to use subscription records for internal business reporting. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
AI snag detection
If you use AI detection, the photo or floor plan you choose is sent to Google (Gemini) for analysis, only after you give permission in the app. It is used solely to return the analysis to you. You can decline or withdraw this permission at any time in the app under Profile → Legal, and the rest of the app works without it.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Your card details are never seen by us.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host, secure and operate Snagsis, each only as needed for its role: Supabase (app hosting, database and file storage), Twilio (delivering sign-in codes by SMS), Google Gemini (AI detection, as described above), the subscription management service that records your plan, and Resend (email delivery). Content in a shared workspace is visible to the members and vendors of that workspace, according to their role.
This website
snagsis.com is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers. If you write to us through the support form, what you type is sent to Supabase (where it is stored) and Resend (which emails it to us), only so that we can answer you.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. Items you delete move to Recently Deleted, where they can be restored for 7 days, after which they are scheduled for permanent removal. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account). This permanently deletes your account and the workspaces you own, with everything in them. In workspaces other people own, your name on the records you leave behind is replaced with “a former member”. If you cannot use the app, email us from the address or number on your account; we reply within 2 business days and delete it for you. Limited records required for legal, accounting or security purposes may be retained in de-identified form.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw consent, through the app or by contacting us. If you have a concern about how your information is handled, write to us and we will reply within 2 business days.
Children
Snagsis is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Security
We use access controls and industry-standard safeguards designed to protect your information.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
