Getting help

Snagsis is built by someone who’s walked the sites. Questions don’t disappear into a queue — write to hello@snagsis.com and your email reaches the person who wrote the code. Usually a reply within a day. Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead — a screenshot helps more than anything else.

I deleted something by mistake.

Deleted projects, rooms and snags sit in Recently Deleted for seven days and can be restored from there with everything intact. After seven days they are permanently removed, and we cannot recover them.

The AI got the defect wrong.

Edit the description, severity, category or trade on the snag — your text replaces the AI’s and the card stops crediting the AI for words you wrote. The detection is an assistant, not an authority; the record is yours.

My sign-in code never arrived.

Check the number you entered, including the country code, and try again after a minute. If it still does not arrive, write to us with the number and we will look at the delivery logs for it.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Snagsis is built for sites with no signal — you can photograph, log and organise everything offline, and it synchronises when you reconnect. Only AI detection needs a connection, because the analysis runs on a server.

Can I get my data out?

Reports export as PDFs from any project. If you want everything you have stored, or you want it all deleted, write to us and we will handle it and confirm when it is done.
